3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered wim288 Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of obtaining duplicate promotional offers, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and must promptly update your account details whenever changes occur. wim288 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including your registered Pakistani mobile number and email address.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wim288 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for authentication purposes. wim288 will never solicit your password through any channel including email, telephone, or live chat. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to wim288 Customer Support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

Withdrawals from your wim288 Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit wim288's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
